With the start of the season comes new workouts. Rumor has it that the focus will be on improving our swimming speed through short distance, fast pace sets and include focused kick and drill sets.

Note 1: Lots of rest by design. Do them FAST. Remember your time. We'll be working on maintain the same speed for all 25s, then work on keeping the same time while reducing the rest.
